more complete filename on export
Change filename to identify the site when exporting collection data from one site of a multi-site client. Currently filename refers only to client, becomes confusing when looking at data from several sites at the same time. Address line 1 perhaps?

have the week to view here
the dashboard could be the week to view so at a glance you can see the week's workload staright away

Hi Derek, Thanks for your feedback. We did previously have the week view on the dashboard but moved away from that as feedback from other suggested that people wanted a range of different metrics on this page. We will look at whether we can set up an option for either weekview or showing a range of different measurements. If we are unable to do that, are there specific other things you would like shown, such as showing trends of work over a period of time?

Show which elements I wish to see, edit the page to my specifications.
Be able to edit the front page so the most useful elements to myself are at hand quickly without having to open/ search numerous pages first.

Re-order the fields/information when I'm looking at a client
It's currently in alphabetical order, I'd like to be able to set what order they are in.

Disable or change the site selection when editing a pickup
When amending details of a pickup cycle, the drop down menu at the top allows you to change the site. We have had instances where some details of a cycle have been amended, and somehow the site has inadvertently been changed (it seems to default to the site which is alphabetically first). Often this is not detected and causes problems & confusion. The way we use Malinko we would never want to transpose a pickup cycle from one site to another, even if the details were the same, we would close down one cycle and start another, so we would… more

Have a pickup 'overview' on the site view
On the client screen we can see an overview of each pickup cycle under 'repeating pickups with no expiry dates' and also the 'repeating pickups' (which shows expired cycles). When you go on to the site screen this is not visible - it would be handy to see this information on the site screen, especially when a client has multiple sites, as it can be quite difficult to pick out the correct cycle from the client screen.

I want to be able to see break down of jobs performed by each person.

search opening a new tab
I would like to be able to have the option of having the search function open results in a new browser tab. At the moment, if I want a new tab in which to display search results I need to right click on something like 'dashboard' and open in new tab, which takes time, then use the search field on the new tab. It would be great to be able to do this with less clicks.
