How can I update an employee/user details?

1. Click on settings on the grey banner
2. Click on the person/employee/user tab
3. Click on the relevant user for which you want to change some details
4. Click on the small word “edit”, shown towards the top left, just underneath where is states “Details for user:”
5. Change the required details.

Please note: When updating employee/user details, you may come across a known bug that prevents you from updating the details without putting in an email address for that employee. This can cause a problem if there is no email address for this employee. There is a workaround for this problem, please follow these steps:

Where it requests an email address, please enter an address that ends in “@example.com” For instance, if the user details is “Driver1”, then put the email address as “driver1@example.com” Example.com is a domain that has been reserved for purposes such as this – the email address will not get picked up and used by anyone else at any time.
